Terms & Conditions (WhatsApp Catalogue)

Welcome to Shadi Bazar. By viewing our WhatsApp Catalogue or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Images

  • Product photographs are for reference only.
  • Actual colour, texture, finish and size may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and manufacturing variations.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices mentioned are generally per piece/set unless otherwise specified.
  • GST, packing, courier, transport and handling charges are extra, unless specifically stated.

3. Stock Availability

  • Products are subject to availability.
  • In case any item becomes unavailable after booking, an equivalent alternative may be offered or the advance amount for that item will be refunded.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after confirmation from Shadi Bazar.
  • Customized products will be processed only after design approval and receipt of the required advance payment.

5. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required for customized, bulk or special orders.
  • The balance amount must be cleared before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Custom Printing & Personalization

  • Customers are responsible for verifying all spellings, dates, addresses, mobile numbers, QR codes and other information before giving final approval.
  • Once approved, no changes or corrections will be accepted.
  • Reprinting due to customer-approved errors will be chargeable.

7. Delivery & Dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to production schedules, logistics, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Transport delays are beyond our control.
  • Risk during transit passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the transporter.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • Customized or printed products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled after production has started.
  • Standard products may be eligible for exchange only if received damaged and reported within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.
  • Minor colour, texture or finishing variations shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.

9. Bulk Orders

  • Quantity variations of up to ±5% may occur in certain manufacturing processes and shall be considered acceptable.
  • Billing will be based on the actual quantity supplied.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All catalogue designs, product photographs, artwork and creative content remain the property of Shadi Bazar.
  • Copying, reproducing or using our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Product Specifications

  • Product dimensions, weight and finishing may vary slightly due to handmade or manufacturing processes.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product supplied.
  • We shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

13. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh courts only.
