Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tropixie Miniature, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Standard Products
Orders for standard (non-customized) products may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized Products
As every customized product is specially designed and manufactured for an individual customer:
- A 50% advance payment is required before production begins.
- No cancellation is allowed once design or production work has started.
- The advance payment for customized orders is strictly non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product arrives damaged during transit.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect order placed by the customer.
- Minor color, texture, or finish variations resulting from the 3D printing or handmade manufacturing process.
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized products that have been approved by the customer.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.
The video must:
- Clearly show the unopened package and shipping label.
- Record the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- Show the product from all sides immediately after opening.
Without a valid unboxing video, refunds, replacements, or damage claims cannot be processed.
4. Verification Process
All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.
We may request:
- Unboxing video
- Product photographs
- Order details
- Additional information if required
Refunds or replacements will only be approved after successful verification.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tropixie Miniature shall not be held liable for:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the 3D printing, painting, or handmade manufacturing process.
- Courier delays beyond our control.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, accidental drops, exposure to water, heat, sunlight, or other external factors after delivery.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
7. Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving issues quickly and fairly.
If you have any concern regarding your order, please contact us first via WhatsApp.
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes through mutual discussion.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
