. Returns & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was shipped.
• Opening Video Requirement: To claim an exchange for damages, a continuous unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory. Without a video, no claims will be entertained.
• Non-Returnable Items: Blouses that have been altered, washed, or worn are not eligible for exchange or return.

. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
